His work is based on a sound ethical framework and is regularly supervised to maintain the highest standards.

In 2008, Rohan founded Barua Associates, to establish the best possible framework for delivering his unique brand of counselling, coaching and training.

Rohan offers his services in English, German, Hindi, Urdu and Bengali.

"Seeing Rohan has restored faith in myself, allowing me to take my needs into account and help me to become the person I want to be, not what I feel others want me to be - and to let my light shine..." Male - Office Manager.

"Rohan has been an absolute inspiration to me since we started our coaching sessions. He introduced me to the world of possibilities, constructive and positive thinking. His positive attitude and energy was utterly infectious, yet at the same time he was still able to maintain that ever important degree of professionalism. My coaching experience with Rohan has been superbly enlightening, I have learnt more about myself in the last few months, than in the last 5 years. Since our coaching sessions started I have also notice gradual changes for the better in other areas of my life. Rohan, you have given me a gift that keeps on giving, a new way of thinking." Delene, HR & Training Assistant.
